Sobloo’s cloud service is based on OpenStack technology and provides open APIs with the ability to manage multiple regions on a pay-per-use model without commitment. For managed services they can offer management of either a Microsoft or Linux OS, taking care of backups, recovery and restore of single files or complete system, and performance monitoring with monthly reviews. They offer a wide range of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, MariaDB, Couchbase, Redis, Neo4j, and ElasticSearch. Sobloo are the only DIAS to state that their managed services meet a 99.90% uptime as defined in their agreement.
